Default got a problem!

Im trying to figure what the hell is causing this problem. This actually is the first time this has happened. Well, i was driving the car around today and figured to stop at mcdonalds. was waiting for my order and the car starts to idle low then bogs and wants to die so i give it some gas helped a little. It acts up again then bogs and quits on me and im like wtf. This has happend before but i would just turn the key and it would fire up, not this time though. I turned the key but it would not turn over, tried that four times and said expletive it and pushed it to park it. popped the hood checked all the connections, all were good tried to start her up she cranks but wont turn over. Grabbed my order and decided to run home good thing i lived a couple blocks away it was well above 90. 20 minutes later i get back to the car decided to give it another try, turned the key to make sure i hear the fuel pump is working its working. it cranks over twice then starts up for a second then bogs and dies again. wierd, so i let the fuel pump prime again then crank it over again and she starts up boggy so i gave it some gas until it stayed running. drove it home and parked it and here i am. was wondering if this is a fuel or electrical problem. motor is a built h22 with 11.5 compression with 255 walbro and 400 cc injectors . Any info or help to figure out the problem would deffinately be appreciated guys thanks.
