Default gm syncromesh help!!!!!

i have a b16a with a y21 transmission. the tranny has a slight 3rd grind so im going to try to use some gm syncromesh to see if it will help it any
my question is which should i use regular gm syncromesh or
FRICTION MODIFIED gm syncromesh

also ive heard its ok to mix the two like 2 quarts regular and 1 quart friction modified...can someone shed some light on this for me?

thanks

well...about 70 miles ago i replaced the 10-w-30 i was using in My tranny for 2.5 quarts of friction modified gm syncromesh.

i was pretty skeptical about the gm syncromesh but since i added it i haven't gotten the slightest grind. I couldn't be happier i recommend it to all

yes you can get it other places than a GM dealership.

I believe that pennzoil (or another company) manufacurs it for GM, do a little resurch on who manufacurs it and they sell it under their name for much cheaper i know that much .
