Default ITR Tranny/Block brace bolt question

Are the bolts that hold in the ITR tranny/block brace (also serves as the clutch cover) supposed to be doweled on top (thicker, like the bolts that hold in the halfshaft) or are they regular bolts?

Thanks
Ben
