General Questions about Setup in the Works
Now that Im no longer boostin I want to do a swap. Now I will be saving up and planning all this school year. I have a couple of question before I let my setup be known, All that is for sure right now is that it is going to be working off a b18c motor but not sure with one. Also this will be my daily driver/ weekend warrior.
1. How do the Toda Spec A and Spec B cams compare to the ITR cams? Which are more aggressive? I know the Spec Cs are very aggressive? What have you heard about the Toda Pistons?
2. What do you guys think about the Toda Individual Trottle body setup? Is it worth it to have just on a daily driven car or is it better to just get an Intake Manifold from like Skunk2?
3. As far as Header and Exhaust, Im thinking about DC Sports JDM 4-1 Header with High Flow Cat and maybe the Spoon N1 catback. What do you guys think about that?
4. Cooling, I want to have AC still so I was thinking about getting an upgraded aluminum radiator and not swap the teg radiator in. What do you guys think about that?
5. Suspension/brakes, I would like to get all bars and some nice TIENs. Any Recommendation for bars, specifically companies? Do the Advan RGs come in 4 lug? Brakes I would like to do a big brake upgrade and some nice calipers. Any Suggestions?
6. Exterior/Interior, CF Hood/lip/spoiler. Recaros, option audio console and armrest. Maybe spoon steering wheel. I already have the shift ****(Duracon is the ****)
The only thing that I have not decided partly on is the intake. I want something like a AEM CAI or Comptech Ice Box, what do you suggest?
Now, if I get the B18C-R Im only going to the the bolt on stuff including the Individual Trottle Bodies.
If its a B18C then I want to crack it open and do internals.
I know this sounds wack and **** but its something I would like to do. I have some money saved up and plan on starting this mid summer. I know that the parts Im looking for are high quality and trust me...I know that **** cost alot. But its just something I have to do. Also, im not a damn noob that just saw these parts and thought it would be coo to have. I have been looking something similar for some time and have been doing alot of reading into swaps and different of these performance parts.
Let me know what you guys think. Give me suggestions, give me different setups, say whatever but I need to decide and start looking at pricing soon( I have been looking for months but not seriously).
