Default General bottom end building???

Here's what I plan on doing, if you have any suggestions let me know... I really just want to do this once.

Balance rotating assembley
Micropolish crank
Slightly knife edge crank
Ceramic coat piston tops
Hone and over bore .25
ARP bolts
Align hone mains
Shot peen rods (ITR)

This will be used for a NA application, I'm not sure if the coating of the pistons is necessary?

Do not knife edge the crank.....the TOP pro racers don't for a reason.

knife edging is BAD.... i would only recommend ceramic coating the piston tops if you are planning ALOT!!! of boost or N2o

Ok so no knife edge, and no coating... looks like I'll be saving a bit of $$ here!

I would not do the align hone unless the block was out of align. That can do more harm than good if the block is already correct.
