took off my friends axles the other day on his 91 gsx... they have never been taken off... those things wouldnt budge for anything... breaker bar on it... jumping on the damn breaker bar and nothing! (i weigh about 170) then what i did... i put the 32mm socket on the nut... banged it hard with a hammer about 10-15 times... and the nut came right off

It's about 3 feet long, 1" thick (solid steel), has a non-ratcheting head, and 3/4" drive. There's no way in hell anybody, thing, or bolt is breaking it. .
Jesus man, you either must be Superman or you're using some bitch-*** breaker bars. My neighbor has a bar we call the enforcer.
comeon drag you can do it! soak the bitch in penetrating old and WD40 for a day or so.

I know exactly what you mean bro. By the way did you run down to your local acura shop and buy a replacement nut because I know for sure that your gonna need a replacement if all else fails. I would hold off a bit, more of a last resort, using that torch thingy. I know its tempting but, man think of all the heat your transfering to everything....nope. I would by a replacement at least 1/2 in. breaker bar. You mentioned it was soaking so intstead of lossening the nut try to break it loose by tightening it first. I have had good experience with this ONE. You'll hear it break loose or turn a bit. Not much just enough to move it. Then back it out. I will mention I had an old honda accord once that I could have sworn someone welded it on just to make sure. What I did was remove the wheel and supported it with jackstands and then I chiseled the area that extends from the nut that acts like a cotter pin once you have it torqued and once I removed that area I was able to break the nut loose by chiseling on it for a bit. I believe there around 5 bucks or so to replace. I really hope this helps. Ohh, by the way, I almost always use a jack handle over my breaker bars for extra leverage also. Good Luck!
