Default Gauge Cluster

So I have a 92 civic hatch with a Integra dash so it has a Integra cluster obvisley. So when I got the car the tach worked and everything then one day the tach started to jump around the about a week later it just stopped all the way but everything else like the speed still works fine. So i got a Type R cluster for it and the tach still isn't working... Any ideas on this problem?

First thing I would do is check for tach signal, blue lead at the 2pin plug near the distributor, you will need a multimeter or tach tester. 94
