Default gas milage sux

alright, another post for yet another person. this guy i know has a integra that gets horrible gas milage. hes got a map sensor code, but we have swapped the map sensor itself. we have even rewired the wires (they were cut previously). anyone have any clues as to what it could b???

nope, just hte map sensor. just cant figure it out. i think we have tried everything.

of course we reset the ECU. no code comes on with ignition to II position. only comes on when the car is started.

Is MAP sensor's gasket ripped/cracked? Any kind of vacuum leak will cause the ECU to run rich.
