I have replaced Fuse #'s 9,10,18,19,21,22 and there still not showing up on my fuse tester(test light). Others fuses do work. Its the fuse box in the car.

I test in the ON position.

Any idea on why there not working?

I have a P06 computer instead of the P28. Not sure that could be the issue.
