Default FUEL System???

Here goes, I have a b16a3 with tons of mods: Crower stroker kit (1.8), type R head, 11.2:1 compression, eibach valve springs, crower valves, crower cams, now my question is. What kind of injectors should i run what fuel pressure should i run?? Aem fule rail and regulator as well. Thanks guys

why would you run a Type-R head when you couldve port & polished the B16 PR3 head to flow better then the Type-R head..? Its the same head (correct me if im wrong) with a mild port and different cams (Type-R)...

Fuel Rail is a waste of money unless you have over 250 HP or somewhere around that. FPR yes, AEM one is good or you can get the B&M modifier for about $60 that will do the same thing. Only problem is your stock one is cut after that. I have the AEM and it works good, I wanted to keep my stock one intact just in case for smog, you never know here in Cali. You really need to dyno tune the FPR, it is really motor and mod specific, and you can lose HP if you don't know what you are doing.
