so i found out today why the dizzy had no power. the plug for the wires from the ignition switch on the under dash fuse box wasnt plugged into the back. i didnt notice it before because it was tucked way up into the dash and i couldnt see it. needless to say i felt dumb when i found it...weird that it still had ohms on it when i shot the wire....anyway now i have power to the dizzy and spark at my plugs but the car is being stubborn still and doesnt want to start. it just cranks and cranks. i checked my fuel pressure again to be safe and that was still good. i shot the voltage on the lines for the injectors and those all checked good as well. fuel pump primes, starter cranks, dash lights do what they need to do, im just stumped as to why it still wont start.

Probably "washed" cylinder walls from all the start attempt with gas and no spark, pull the spark plugs over night so cylinders air out, add a bit of oil, [no more then a tablespoon] to each cylinder, crank engine a few times, [with distributor unplugged] reinstall spark plugs plug the distributor back in and see if it will start. 94

Do you add the oil after it sits all night?

Yes, if the cylinders are flushed, they will have gas in then and all the oil will be flused off the cylinder walls/oil control rings, that can lower compression, [a lot].

Air then out overnight to clear as much gas as possible, then add the oil and crank the engine to recoat the cylinder walls and rings to bring the compression back up.

Hopefully that is all that is wrong and it will start, blow some smoke for a bit, but ones it is starting the problem should be solved. 94

Alright. I appreciate all the help man. I have one more question though. Would I put the oil in through the spark plug cylinders...may seem like a dumb question but I just wanna make sure because I've never done that before lol
