Okay I bought a 92 honda civic lx for cheap because it wasn't running. The car doesn't have spark or fuel. I swapped the distributor from another civic and it still didn't have spark. I wired the fuel pump from the dome light and it kicks on. It doesn't have fuel otherwise. The check engine light doesnt come on when I turn the key nor does the oil light. Is that normal? If anyone has had similar problems or knows whats wrong you help would be greatly appreciated.

You need to write that better. Split everything up:

what works and what doesnt.

What does the car do or not do.

Stuff like that.

1. check all your engine ground connections. battery, thermostat housing, tranny, Alternator

2 Check your main relay.

3 Check all fuses and make sure they have the proper size fuse in there.

4. your ECU could be shot.

3. Fuses are all cool and right side.

I swapped the ecu into another car and it works fine. Put the ecu from the other car into the non running car and it still doesnt run. Checked all grounds and they are all good. Any other ideas?

check your fuses again, look out for an ACG fuse.
