Default fuel pressure issues

Ok, im having issues, with no fuel pressure. Makes no sense, replaced the main relay and fuel pump, replaced the fuel pump for just good measure. Well about two weeks ago, and now i have zero fuel pressure. I did manged to get it started, but it was sputtering pretty bad, then i guess the fuel pressure went a away, and now wont start. I checked fuel pressure at the fuel rail, nothing no fuel what so ever. Funny thing is i hear the fuel pump make winding noise when i first put the key in it. But i always thought if you hear it whine, it should priming the fuel system, i guess not. I did get a cheap aftermarket pump. But i have the feeling that it powers up but doesnt prime the system or even pump for that matter.

I even cranked it up with the fuel pressure line out and nothing. So the only thing i can think of its defective pump. Also i dont think its a fuel pressure regulator since they dont go to bad to often at least i dont think so. I think tomar i will call honda and get the whole pump assembly. Since i had to cut and splice the old harness on the pump. Just doesnt make sense haha, it powers up with key on engine off but no fuel pressure. Is that even possible?

could be a clogged line or the hose on the pump came loose

try the fuel pressure regulator the stock one always cause problems eventually. run some fuel cleaner threw our fuel also and replace your fuel filter if u havent done that in a long time or ever. make sure all your bolts are tight when u put it back together but not to tight bc the brass isnt the best material and messes up easily but make sure its all tight to its spesific torque if your want to get real serious about it.

Check your feed line. Pull it from the rail and turn the pump on. Maybe your bajo is incorrect. How does the pump sound?

the bolt is fine, i noticed the pump sound different then it use to. I think my fuel pump is bad/weak, it started this when it was at 1/4 tank.

I hate to ask this... do you have gas in the tank?

Does the 'whine' sound clear or bubbly? (if you know what I mean) Check all work done from the pump exchange (i.e. all the removed lines). Replace the fuel filter (especially if you haven't ever done this already). The fuel pump isn't something to go cheap on (in my opinion).

yea i learned that, and also relized that the fuel pump shock fell of in the tank that would cause it. since fuel is only 1/4 tank.
