no pressure on fuel gauage

my civic not staring anymore, also there is no pressure on the fuel gauage, how can i fix this problem so i can get the fuel gauage pressure up again and start me car up

Make sure your fuel pump is working. It's that thing that pumps your fuel.

Check fuses, connectors, main relay, etc. If all else is good, replace the pump.
