Default fuel pressure

Hi I have a vtec del sol (b16a3) with a cai, skunk2 IM and bored gsr TB to 64mm. I was wondering if i got a aem fuel rail and aeromotive fpr. Would i benifit from it or do i need more upgrades? Also what would be a good psi for my fuel if i got them? Stock at idle is 38psi.
Matt
