Default fpr helpful?

I have a 95 Honda Del Sol VTEC with the mods listed below.
-64mm TB
-Skunk2 IM
-AEM CAI
-AEM Fuel rail
-Aeromotive FPR

I was wondering if it is worth raising my fuel pressure. Will I see any gains? I read a post once that said that you dont see gains from the Skunk2 IM until you raise the fuel pressure by 5psi. Does anyone know if that is true?

Your best bet is to take it to a dyno. EVERY car is different, different tune and all.
