Guys,
I have a jdm SIRG wirth CR 10.6:1, normally this car drives in Japan with 100 octane.
I am using 103 VP Racing Fuel in my car, which gives it a good performance. sInce outr local gasoline is 93 Octane which is low for these engines.
How much timing can i increase with this 103 VP Octane, timing is set at 18,which is 2 degr over stock timing. Can i go 20-higher without any problems only when using 103 VP PURE 100%???

i say it depends on ur cam gear timing already, well i ran 103 octane and put it alittle over 20 and it ran fine on pure VP. but if its a mix. it has alil pinging, and my compression is well over 13 so i dont see why you shouldnt be able to. but to be on the safe side, i run vp 108 now.
