front shake

front shake
at 1st and 2nd gear.....around 3000rpm my car shake like hell after it pass 3500 it stop shaking.........is it the half shaft..............what can it be........i also use that search buttom....found noting like my problem..........just had the car aline and got new tire balance.....still occuring..........please help...it getting annoying...........

not just 1 and 2.............all gear shakes....just that at only 3000rpm...what can it be........i have not change my rotor.......but when i check the rotor. you can feel lumps going around the rotor.....like ring ....... could it be my rotor.........
