Default Flywheel weight..........

How do you guys feel about lightened flywheels vs. OEM weight. Engine is a b16a2. Is the loss in lowend worth the gain in topend? Does a lightened flywheel hurt reliability? How would a lightened flywheel be with a 50 shot? Im not sure if i should get OEM weight or lightened. Thanks

I have done a search and about 90% of the results are forsale/wtb. As for all the others, I read them and they did not contain the info I was looking for or enough info for me to make a decision. So does anyone have any useful input regarding lightened flywheels on reliability, and use with nitrous? Also what is the OEM weight of the b16a2 flywheel? Thanks
