flywheel stuck?
Get air tools or a longer breaker bar are the only options. I had a bitch of a time with my crank pulley bolt. It sounds like you do alot of work on the engine if you've had the flywheel off a couple times, the air tools would be a worth while investment.
no crap, air tools are the way to go. if there is a home depot near by, you could get a good compressor, good impact gun, and if you want, an air wrench, and all necessary lines, fittings, etc. for about $500......
$500!!
how much would labor be on 1 engine R&R?

Go to autozone or such and look for a "ring gear tooth holder" thats what its technically called. Theres a pic of it in the Helms manual for flywheel work. It locks the flywheel in place, then a breaker bar + small cheater pipe and it'll be cake.
It also wouldn't hurt to spray a little "liquid wrench" on there too.... I sprayed some on mine and let it sit overnight. The next day, I simply used a rachet to loosen the bolts.....

Thats what I did and it worked fine. Don't forget the threadlocker when reinstalling it.
