Fixable?
I must be having a slow mental day here... that is the primary engine mount on the driver's side correct?
do the bolt holes look stripped to anyone but me?
that crack is not good but it's fixable. I'd have it welded personally.

two paths to repair.
weld up the crack, then carefully tap the holes to a slightly larger bolt and install.
weld up the crack, weld/fill the holes as well. Redrill and retap holes.
the second is the best idea but far from easy.

i agree with number 2. also id say no, on the internals. Ive never seen something like that before, Id make sure the crack didn't go spread. I use to have a 02' gixxer 750 with a broken off engine mount. welded it up, ground it down to look somewhat like it use to be (it was shiny) drilled & taped it. It was good as new. never had any problems again. you should be fine

#2 is the best also.
#1 you will need to get a carbide bit and drill out a larger diameter on the mount as it's pressed forged steel and impossible to drill with any standard regular bit.

What are you smoking? It's not even a big deal. Have a welder fill in the crack for $50, then drill/tap the holes one step larger.

shut up
JB weld will NOT hold that from cracking again due to the vibrations the engine endures

is funny how people waste their time talking ****, the block is not solid metal and the weld will be weak, like i stated before it happened to my boy and he weld the damn thing and it cracked again...

Considering that the motor/trans is held in with 5 mounts, and the mounts themselves dampen most of the vibration, recommending that he have it welded is not unreasonable advice.
He has a crack in 1 of about 15 bolt locations. Not exactly the crisis situation that would warrant spending hundreds of dollars to rip down the block and spend a week transfering everything over to a new block. He'd need a fresh hone, new rings, new bearings... what a nightmare. Just weld the ******* thing and be done.
