Default FITV leaking coolant

I'm leaking coolant from my FITV. At first I thought it was just the hoses that run to the valve, but I replaced them already. Now it looks like it's still leaking. Has anyone seen this before? Is it advisable to just bypass this? I know people do it, but will it screw up my cold weather idle (not too big of a problem in SoCal)

this is on a 92 Integra RS b18a BTW

Thanks,
Steve
