Default bleeding the coolant

Im trying to fix my idle problem when bleeding the coolant I hook up a line from the bleeder valve and submerged it in a bottle with some coolant in it. I open the valve and wait for the air bubbles to bleed out. the only problem is they never stop.

now am i supposed to just wait until there is a steady stream coming out of the line with it not submerged in the coolant, or is it ok to have it submerged? if it is submerged is there some reason why the bubbles ever go away? i dont really know why they wouldnt stop but im lost now so i have turned to you guys for some answers. come on guys do what you guys go best.

There's no need to bleed your coolant if you have an overflow resorvoir and it is filled up to the proper level. THis automatically takes care of it. You are always going to get bubbles from the water pump if you don't let the system pressurize.

That and if you still think there is a problem remove your radiator cap (not when motor is fully warm and scolding hot coolant is waiting to burn your *** but cold) and let it warm up with the cap off. That has also worked for me and a surging idle after changing coolant.
