FINALLY GOT IT STARTED...
ok well heres whats happening, i blew my head gasket last friday, i got a 97 ex coupe ls-vtec turbo is jumped back to obd-1 if it matters.. So here it goes i got a new one installed it nd everything is back together now it just wont start at all... is perfectly timed right, i checked all the fuses, got a new cap/rotor/plugs and wires, new coil and still no SPARK. Anyways, so i opened up my dizzy tooked the igniter module nd went to autozone to get it tested, so turns out is good. So the only thing i can think of is either the main relay or whole dizzy. Also, whenever u start ur car u normally hear 2 clicks one for the fuel pump and the other one for the ecu, i dont hear anything at all and the CEL comes on too right away and doesnt go away.. any others can help me please???

Check your grounds for the engine that happened to me last week you at least need two. also try the starter by connecting a wire from the starter switch plug straight to your battery... LMK if it works
Sounds to me like a problem with the PGM-FI Main Relay, but it has nothing to do with spark, it supplies power to the fuel pump, [fuel pump relay] and power to the injectors, ECU/ECM and some engine sensors/valves.
Can you hear the fuel pump prime the fuel lines when you turn on the ign. switch to run?
When you turn the ign. switch to run you should hear a "click", [it is actually 2 clicks but they are so close together it sounds like one] at the same time the CEL should turn on and you should hear the fuel pump as it primes the fuel system for a few sec, you should then hear another "click", [fuel pump relay turning off] and the fuel pump will stop priming and the CEL will go out. if this is not happening your problem is at the PGM-FI Main Relay, either the relay is bad or wiring to it is bad, I would drop the PGM-FI Main Relay and test the wiring going to it, you will need a multimeter or at least a 12V test light. 94

ok got me a main relay from a friend and i used his ecu and still nothing so i check everything again twice and i guess i blew the ecu fuse located under the hood in that fuse box.. now i hear the 2 clicks but it still wont start, just replaced the plugs and still nothing, only thing i can think of now is check for spark!???
Can you hear the fuel pump?
Does the CEL go out after a few seconds of the ign. switch being on, [once fuel pump stops priming]?
after trying to start the car..
Pull a spark plug.
Does it smell of gas, is it wet with gas?
Plug the spark plug lead onto the spark plug and ground the spark plug, [treads] to any ground point, [engine block] and have someone turn ign. key to start, check for spark at the plug, if any what kind of spark is it, bright blue that you can hear "crackle" or a weak white/red spark with hardly any sound? 94

How good was the spark?
Have you checked to make sure mechanical timing is correct, [cams are in correct position]?
If you have fuel, [and fuel pressure is good] and spark, [and it is a strong spark] it can only be timing.
Have you done a compression check, it should still start, [unless really bad] but a compression check can't hurt. 94
