engine wont turn over ....
Yah i have a 95 civic ex ... this morning i went to start it up to go work and it wouldnt completey turn over ... It was cold out so i thought it was the battery , i jumped the battery and charged it up , it was still doing the same thing . So then i changed the cap and rotor .. Still nothing happend , then i decided to check for spark comming out of the spark plug wires ... no sparks ... i replaced the coil still no sparks and the car still didnt turn over .. i check the fuel pump and that was working to ... someone told me that its most like the Distributor ... could this be true ???

Well if the fuel pump primes and the engine cranks, that only leaves power as the missing variable. I'd try another battery, try new wires/plugs, check the starter, swap the dizzy for a known good one, and the most overlooked is check your ignotion switch. My switch was bad a while back and it took me days to figure it out.

Its cranking over, so he doesnt need a battery or starter and plugs and wires dont go bad overnight.
If he's replaced the coil and still not getting spark, 99% of the time its the ignition control module(its inside the distributor, held in by two machine screws and has 4 wires plugging into it).
