Default experienced tuners:help

i have been fighting an issue for a little while now.

the car is running rich.

i had a wideband on the car, when i start cruising, it will drop belo 7:1
all 4 of my plugs are fouled out
when WOT its 13.5:1 and when accel is good

i have a chipped ECU with 2 chips
i started the car with the old chip in there and u could see smoke hardly puffing out (black smoke) at idle. i swapped chips and its still doing the exact same thing.
if i unplug my o2 or plug it in its doing the same thing

i have no clue whats ding it, but i have been having this issue for a long time now.

someone help me out or point me in the right direction.

PWO chipped
b16
JDM 4-1 with heated o2 at the bottom
tried it 1,2 o2 wire to 1, one o2 to #1 wire no #2, and no 02 at all. all the same result at idle

I am no honda expert but to me it sounds like your o2 is bad. if you unpluged it and it started acting up that would lead me to think that the sensor was good but since you unpluged it and nothing happened it would make me think that the sensor was bad. just my 2 cents. maybe it will help.

have you tried looking at the fuel tables? maybe it is just having too much pulsewidth at low rpm..
