hey i have d16y7 raised compression, with a cam, port n polish, 5 angle valve job, cold air and 4-1 headers, type r cat, and full piping oh an civic ex injectors. when im on the throttle lightly it feels like its stuttering between 2 - 2.5 rpms. but when im on the gas a lil bit more it'll just jump. but it feels like its getting held back a lil bit at that rpm range, am i running rich, lean, or is there sumthing else i need to do. i also have a b&m fpr and apex safc to tune out the chip. but none of those are set. thanks
