Default exhaust smoke after idling for a bit

When i leave my car to idle for a few minutes, i notice bluish smoke comes out the exhaust when i push the gas, but it only lasts for a short period then it goes away. I was wondering what could it be?
I recently put new valve stem seals in my car too so i know its not that.

blue smoke = burning oil.
rings are worn.

how many miles? how hard do u drive?
pull the spark plugs to see if theres any oil traces left

do you guys really think it could it could be my rings?, i kinda think so since ive been burning oil lately, my car has 112,000 miles on it. I drive it hard sometimes when i feel like it but i mostly drive it normal. Last time ive checked, there was no oil on my spark plugs. How much will a full set of piston rings cost? and whats the deal with "gapless" rings? thanks.

Do a leakdown test. That will tell you what is wrong.
