Is it safe to run B18C5 on Ethanol?

Ethanol as in an ethanol blend (e.g., E85) or straight ethanol? Are you talking about an otherwise stock B18C5?

Is your car built to handle E85? If not then no, cars are manufactured only to handle 10% ethonol unless stated otherwise.

Either way, E85 (which is 85% ethanol, hence it's name) or straight ethanol is not recommended unless the proper conversion is made for it. You need alcohol specific injectors and pump, you would need to re-tune it to run on alky since the BTU rate of ethanol is different than gas, you would need to change out the O-rings and seals since alcohol eats rubber. Lots of work.
