ES shift bushing install?

ES shift bushing install?
Just wondering what is the most easy way to intall the Energy Suspension Shift bushing for the integra type r. Just want to do this without spending too much time.

Ummm, I believe a one armed, one legged, one eyed man could do this install, very easy. Jusst pull out the old bushings, put the new ones in and use bearing grease so they dont squeak all the time.

Yeah they are a pain.
Using grease is good.
I think you might have to saw off one end of the linkage to get one of the bushings off. It'll be really obvious when you are under there.
