to tell you the truth im not exactly sure where its at, from what im told its inside the trans, and controls pushing in a pulling out of the gear, and iv been told thats what my problem is, see sometims when i shift into second and let of the gas it pushes it out of gear it doesnt grind just pushes into neutral
Could be a bent shift fork. How old is the tranny fluid and what type?
Changing just the shift fork would be very labor intensive. Since you have to drop the tranny, you might want to consider changing the throwout bearing, clutch and flywheel.
Maybe even rebuild your tranny.

i was goin to install a new clutch and throw out bearing and resurface the flywheel anyway, i know i gotta drop the tranny and crack the case, im just not sure what iv got to take off or out to get to the shift fork, im fine with dropping the tranny and cracking it open
