I recently took off my timing belt so i could get to my head studs and retorque them down.. (fyi, this is my gsr turbo motor)

After I got everything back together, i went to crank the motor, but it wouldn't start.. it kinda sounded like my timing belt was off a few teeth.. Also, it did not sound right when it was cranking.. but I"ve double and triple checked it and its perfect.. aligned the white TDC mark on the pully w/ the indicator on the timingbelt cover and also aligned the marks on the cam sprockets.. I did this a few times and the car would still not turn over..

ive even replaced my plugs, checked for spark, and fuel pressure..

I need help!!
