Default Engine Trouble

After hearing my car tick real bad out of no where, it has plenty of oil etc. I did a comp test it came back 185, 185,20,185. I havent had the chance to take the head off, im guessing its valves, but anybody want to put there .02 on diagnosis on my problem.

leakdown first before you assume anything. but if its a tick ad you are losing compression then its more than likly a damaged valve.
