Default Engine Swap QUestion ::NEED HELP::

I Have a 1999 ls swap that I am in the process of putting in a 1993 Delsol...My questin is...what to do about the wiring?? Will all of the plugs plug right in or will I have to use the engine harness of the motor thats in the car?? I was told that in order to put an obd 2 swap in an obd 1 car that i needed an obd1 ECU and Distributer so that you dont have to change the wiring in the car.I have bboth of them but I am not really sure how to wire it up. Any help would be apriciated!!!!
