Default Engine no start issue

Okay, so I've just swapped a 2000 jdm itr into a 94 civic si. Before the swap I had an obd1 jdm b16a swap running fine for a few years. I used an obd2a spoon jdm p73 ecu, 00 us gsr harness and a Rywire obd1 to obd2a ecu jumper. When I start the engine, it cranks, acts like it wants to run for a second (about two cycles), then immediately shuts off. If I keep the ignition turned, it repeats this pattern. So far I have no check engine light, just a couple of cycles then off. Any suggestions?

Update. Had map & tps switched. Now I have an O2 code, Coolant temp sensor code. Tachometer is dead & Speedo goes up to about twenty mph. when in neutral & accelerating.

So, I've swapped the o2 for a known working one & still getting codes 1 & 6. Haven't yet tried to swap the coolant temp sensor since the o2 didn't clear the code, I'm guessing the coolant temp sensor is most likely in working order. I'm still not getting any tach action either. My current set up is a 2000 jdm Itr, with an obd2a jdm p73 ecu, Rywire obd1 to obd2a ecu jumper harness, 2000 us gsr engine harness into a 94 civic si. I know that there are a few plugs that go unused from the gsr harness, just not sure if I could have any switched causing any of my issues. Anyone have any suggestions?

Do you have good spark?
Are the injectors "firing"
Do you have fuel pressure?
Do you hear the fuel pump prime the fuel system when you turn the ign. key to run? 94
