ite i jus got my 98 gsr n i hookd up my vafc2 to it..last time used it on my old 95 gsr....so wen i set the vtec at diff settin than stock after goin past 5500rpms my chk engine lite goes off n u feel lik somthin shuts dwn.....mayb a cylinder not ignitin or somthin or vtec solenoid shuttin off somthin i dunno....wen i disconnect the neg terminal to da battery n reconnect it the chk engine lite disapears....wut cld b wrong wit it......follow the wiriin instructions frm the book......can ne one help me out or giv me der version of da wirin diagram for a 98 gsr vafc2.........dis happn b4 with my other car but wen away out of no where....is it kus da ecu needs to adjust wit da vafc???????? let me knw quick i dnt wanna b blowin my **** up lol....

 

What code is the check engine light showing?

And does it throw the code when you don't play with the VTEC settings?
