when i drive normal or slow between 2-3 grand it starts cutting out and then when give it alot more gas it stop after 3 grand new plug stock cap and rotor stock ignition wires new fuel pump can some one help me 97 gs-r

Did you check the fuel filter ?? It can be this ! But, maybe not...

Try checking your spark plug wires and check for leaks....

 

spark plug r new does it when driving in 4th low rpm, now what leaK?
