after replacing my valves and assembling back the engine i put my civic in factory timing, turned the key and the engine turned but didnt spark. they told me it might have been the distributer, so i put a new dizzy, spark plugs, and wires. turned the key and the engine continues turning but doesnt spark. there is fuel getting to the engine, all wires have electricity flow...... what could be wrong, i need help!

With the new dizzy did you get a new cap and rotor. Also if the coil hadn't been replaced check it as well

the dizzy is new out the box, came with new coil, rotor, and the cap as well

Does the fuel pump prime?

Did you reconnect the G101 ground on the thermostat housing?

Any CEL codes?

Check ur spark plug gap. If ur getting power from dist. Through wires but no spark. Then ur gapping might be off. .044 is spec for most hondas. Ur on the right track. Fuel, spark, timing, with all that working its something simple but often overlooked or not considered when ur chasing an issue.
