Default engine coolant tempurature sensor check engine light

I just did a jdm b16a swap into a 91 crx si. Everything went fine, ever since I first started it I've gotten a code 6, ect sensor. Where is this sensor on the engine? If it is the one by the vtec pressure sensor, under the distributor, I have checked it and it is fine. What else could it be? Would this cause the vtec to not work? I am also getting a tps light, code 7. Does this have anything to do with it? Any help would be excellent thanks.
