Default engine balance

hi
I have a stock LS Block with a stock LS crank without any problems.
My rods are Eagle H-Beam
and my pistons are Wiseco 9:1.
all the bearings are acl race.
the harmonic balancer is stock.

1. do I need engine balancing ? I think the answer should be 'yes'.

2. here in my country, there's no engine balancing company,
or the company does the honing of the cylinders doesn't have any engine balance service. at least I have'nt seen or heard of any.

Is there a way to check or understand if the engine needs balancing ?
How do I check if there's a way ?

How do the balancing companies in the States do the balancing ? (just for info)

Thanks..
