<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by hybridvteceg &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">where does coolant tie into emissions?
more ideas, i only have a few days left.</TD></TR></TABLE>

higher temp in combustion camber = higher nox, thus cooling you engine helps with emissions

Well cooling system entails sensors correct?

Car runs overly rich if it think it's cold dobut that is the problem

UPDATE: went today to get it done again, plugged one hose that was open from the charcoal box, and retarded the ignition all the way, filled up with 93octane and ive had "guaranteed to pass" from NAPA in the tank for 200 miles now. last week he had put in that i had a 1992 motor, when its actually a 98. this week he tried 98 to see if the limits would get higher, but they actually got lower. good news though is that my actual output readings of NOx were like cut in half, and if the limits were the same as last week it wouldve passed. so off tomorrow to reset the limits to the 1992 motor ones, and itll pass.
