Default eletric diagrams

I am doing a wire tuck and in the process of learning how to read schematics and diagrams. How would i know if say i removed a system and i was tracing its wire to a spot were i wasnt sure it tied in with another system that needed that wire to operate. Or like if a system is dependent on a wire.If this makes anysense help appreciated.

maybe it makes sense... let's try.

you will want more than just schematics when doing this (especially when your just starting to learn how) you should find system and component descriptions and pinouts. I have found the best resource for this type of info is the factory service manual.

the Helms FSM is more than worth the price even when new. though I recommend checking eBay for used ones. this will give you an idea of the function and purpose for each wire. then you can decide what can go and what needs to stay.
