Default electrical system

I have a problem with the electrical system in my honda civic dx coup 95. Car turns over but wont start. The biggest problem I am having is that I can not find accurate schematics for the car. Where can you get the factory schematics?,( not the generics found in the chilton and haynes service manuals) Second does any one know if the there is a fusible link between the starter selenoid and the alternator for the 95 civic, and if so far down the cluster of wires is it located?
Thanks for any help. D.

Nope, no fusible links on Hondas.
