Electrical problem!!
My under the hood fuse box was smoking so i checked out what was going....there was a wire exposed i guess it grounded with the body of the car, made a spark and burnt a couple wires on the fuse box harness so I joined the wires back color cordinate to the harness and also to the relay that is under the fuse box. When i jump start the car it starts up fine but once you remove the jumper cable the car dies. I also changed the alternator and it does the same thing. All fuses are fine...i'm guessing the fuse box is fried up???
So everything's cool as long as the jumper cables are attached? If so, you either have an open ground wire to the chassis, or your battery is just too dead. You can rule out the ground wire possibility by using one leg of your jumper cable between your battery negative (-) terminal and any good clean ground point. If nothing changes, check your battery. Do any lights come on at all? Can you put a meter on the battery and check the voltage?
I'm going to replace the battery in the morning if problem stil exist ill do the grounding trick...but when jumper cables are attach the headlight work fine fan comes on and everything so i guess the fusebox isn't fried cuz theres no burnt fuses.....Thanks again
BTW isn't the car supposed to run of the alternator even if the battery is dead??
