Default electric problem

i have a 96 ls integra
the other day my brother was testing his friends radio on my car when he went to put back my radio he had the radio on and blow my clock and my constant power now my radio doesn't work so i connected it to the accessory wire so i can use my radio for now but im sick of reseting all my stations. and i also had a check engine light, before for my char Cole canister. which now i no longer have. so im thinking its probably the constant power for the ecu my clock and my radio. i cant find the dam fuse. i checked each one in the fuse box. so does any one now how i can fix this problem with out running a new constant power wire
any help would be gratefully appreciated
