Had a local guy come out and help me figure out why the car would not start again. It ended up being as simple as removing the injector clips..turning it over with it floored...then putting them back on.
The car runs, and my FJO WB is reading at about 10.5 A/F ratio. I know this should be upwards of 14.7~ for optimal.

I however do not know how to adjust hondata maps, but I do have the software and a burner.
