ok about a month back the wife ran the crv into a washout during a flood. after putting in a new motor(bent a rod) the a/c fan will not come on when the switch is on. also the stereo now has a whin to it and it idles up and down and with the lights on the lights dim realy bad. the idle never goes below 800 but still the lights dim to like nell. i am thinking the eld is going bad or some thing is up in the under hood fues box. i am not getting any code(code 20) but still i cant figure this out. me and a friend that is a honda master tech spent 4 hours on it and still nothing other than its the fues box or the eld. the water went over the passenger side.

any ideas?
