EGR Connector lift pin 3 (5v) failed the continuity test at ODB1 ECU (P13) connector D19, instead it beeps at D20!

I'm not sure if this is the cause of my Code 12 (EGR) or if it even matters?

If so, should I just remove the pin 3 line from it's current connection found along D20 and split it into D19 somewhere?

This is for the H22 > CRX
The engine harness and ecu adapter was purchased from rywire.
