ok i have a b18 swap in my eg and i cant get my hood to close cause it hits the top of the valve cover and i have a cf hood, so i was just wondering how ur guys hood close fine and mine hits the valve cover???

 

I dunno man I have a b18 swap and no problems with clearance, nor have I heard of any, what kind of motor mounts are u running?

 

maybe you could cut some of the skeleton on the hood. that might work

 

thats the thing, i have a cf hood so i really cant cut much, and im using the stock b18c5 motor mounts

How much room do you need? You could try using longer bolts and washers to lift the hood up in the back.

I know it's ricerish, but it could work until you figure something else out.
