EF ELECTRICAL ISSUE: No-Start, No Main Relay or Fuel Pump
About done with my junk *** hatch.
So I go to start it today to go job hunting right, it doesnt start. CEL and battery light wont even turn on, I don't hear main relay or fuel pump turning on. When I turn the key to "start", I can hear the ECU click though.
I just relocated the battery to the trunk yesterday. It didn't wanna start by key right after I did it yesterday either, but the main relay, fuel pump, CEL and battery light turned on.
While I drove 3 hours round trip to Portland for a show though, my CEL flickered a lot. And eventually the TEMP GAUGE would bounce all over the place randomly. WTF?
All grounds and positive battery connections are good and tight, clean. Literally all this **** came out of a donor car that I have that did run and drive just fine everyday.
Main Relay should still be good, literally was clicking and priming fuel pump and everything else earlier today and yesterday. It's even a year old replacement.
Ignition harness was also replaced along-side main relay a year ago.
This car is garaged and unexposed to the elements, so I don't see why either of the two would go bad.

Re: EF ELECTRICAL ISSUE: No-Start, No Main Relay or Fuel Pump
I usually un do the last thing i changed and find things work well. Had way too many issues with a trunk mounted battery to ever do one again.
